Hi! I have a few questions:
I am from India & I intend taking this tour starting 30-Apr-13. My wife and daughter (12 years) would be accompanying me.
1) while the price for tour 11-11477 shows $598 (buy 2 get 1 free), the 'Easy book' section indicates $1296 or $648/guest. Is the difference between $648 and $598, the 'admission fee' for the 3rd guest?
2) When updated, my total shows $2034. The comment under "How Did We Get This Total?" says "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below". What does that mean?
3) I plan on arriving there on 30-Apr-13. I suppose you will drop us off at the airport (if its during the 8am-10pm period). I would leave LA on 9-May-13 (again, after 10:30 pm). Here again, i suppose you will drop us off at the airport.
4) The heading reads "Disneyland/San Diego". So, do i have the option of taking either Disneyland or San Diego? If not, is there an option to forego San Diego and choose something else instead?
5) A friend of mine who resides in the US would be making the reservations. I guess thats possible.
6) I havent booked my air tickets yet. So, will you request flight information at a later point in time to arrange my hotel and airport transfers during the start and end of my tour?
Please let me know so that i could proceed.
Regards,
Ramesh
1. The Easy book Section already calculates if you put 3 adults, the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. On a share room basis and the seat on the bus is free for the third guest. However you will also be paying for the admissions fee for the theme parks and National Parks as well with the package. The total cost covers your admission fee for theme parks, National Parks, seat on the tour bus, and hotel.
2. The notification that reads: "if you have booked a hotel room before or after your tour, the price of your hotel room(s) has also been calculated below" generally means that the easy book section will quote the total amount including extension prices if you choose to add on any hotel extensions to your reservation.
3. The transfers in from LAX and out to LAX will be available for the first and last days of the tour.
4. You will get to go to both theme parks the only one you would have to choose from is either Disneyland or California Adventures.
5. Reservations can be made on our website from any computer that has access to the internet.
6. We recommend to make your reservation first before booking your flight information once we have confirmed your reservation then we will ask for your flight information.
We are 3 people traveling in May, willing to share only one room. I see that there is a triple occupancy price which is $274. So is this the total price we have to pay for the package for all three of us (excluding the other tour fees listed in the package exclusion) ?
How is it different/similar from the buy 2 get 1 free offer?
The price it shows in the calendar dates for triple occupancy is $274 per/person. In the Easy Book section if you put 3 guest the total already adds everything along with the offered Buy 2 get 1 Free promotion.
The only difference is that you will be paying an additional hotel fee for the third guest. You will also have to pay as well as the free guest anything the package excludes and you can find that in the pricing tab.
I'm interested in your tour of 3 days grand canyon & las vegas (code 2-232) May I know the nearest pick up and drop off point as I stay at City Park Apartment, Los Angeles 90089-1142. May I know how long it will take to reach the pick up and drop off point from where I stay. Thank you.
We have four people in our group, a family. How many luggage would you allow since we are going next to Minneapolis and one is the student there and should have a lot to bring to school. Our trip will be in August.
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one luggage to be stored in the luggage compartment underneath the bus only.
The buses fit approximately 50-60 people, and there is not enough space for each passenger to bring more luggage than specified above.
For any items that will not be needed on tour, we suggest shipping your child's items ahead of time to their school so they will not be inconvenienced with so much luggage during the tour.
There will be 5 of us touring from Los Angeles. We intend to travel on May 26, 2013 for the 3 days Grand Canyon & Las Vegas (Tour Code 2-232) and followed by 3 days San Francisco & Yosmite Bus tour (tour code:5-189) on May 29 and that means that our tour will end on May 31 at around 7.00pm. Will we be in time to catch our flight at 1.05 am on June 1 at Los Angeles airport and which is nearest drop off point to the airport.
We will be staying in Americas Best Value Inn Los Angeles, 1123 West 7th Street, Downtown, where is the nearest pick up location for these tours. Is there any tour which will cover San Francisco,Hearst Castle, Yosmite, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas within 5 days rather then 6 days tour. Need reply soon so that I place my booking.
Hi, I'm planning to join this tour with my parents, I was wondering as our flight arrives 1 April 2013 at 20:35 LAX, we would like to join this tour on the 4 April 2013 and spend a couple of days resting, relaxing and site sight seeing in LA first. Could you recommend a Hotel near China Town for us to stay, and any tours in LA (perferably for elderly seniors 60@@plush;). Also we were wondering if you could pick us up from the Hotel instead of the LAX airport as your tour details provide?
We offer following hotel extension services. If you'd like to book a room, please contact us for quotation or choose the hotel in "Easy Book" when booking.
the total amount you gave me for 2 adults in this tour is USD 198.00.Would like to know if what are other fees we need to pay at the Grand Canyon skywalk?(2nd day)
Admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch $80.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.)
Optional tours (Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office.): -Admission to Skywalk ($35.00/person) -Helicopter and Boat Adventure Tour ($194.00/person) Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6.00/day per person)
Can this tour (Code 12-3284) be done if we are doing the
3-Day Las Vegas, West Grand Canyon (Skywalk) Bus Tour with Sunrise (LA/LV Departure) **Stay One Night inside West Grand Canyon** (Tour Code 5-2269) and if so how do we get from the ranch to the helicopter?
Cheers
Graeme
It would workout best if you did a Helicopter tour that the tour guide arranges. There is an optional Helicopter and Boat ride tour on Tour Code 5-2269 starting at $190.00.
This would be easier to accommodate you and you will be more likely to be able to take the flight during the time you will be at the Grand Canyon with the tour group. Please speak with your tour guide about the Helicopter optional tour on your first day travelling.
